AMD-3 - Nitrogen Maintenance Device
Control nitrogen pressure
The AMD-3 unit is used in conjunction with a cylinder of high-pressure nitrogen to control the pressure in a dry or pre-action sprinkler system.

- Helps control the nitrogen pressure in a sprinkler system or a dry pilot line detection for deluge systems
Automatic and Field Adjustable
The Tyco® Model AMD-3 Automatic Nitrogen Maintenance Device is an automatic, field-adjustable, nitrogen maintenance device of the high pressure reducing type.
As the cylinder pressure decreases to its set point, the AMD-3 keeps a constant outlet pressure using a two-stage pressure regulator. The AMD-3 is typically used in applications without a dependable plant or local air supply.
