The Model LD is a Large Drop, Control Mode Specific Application, upright, glass bulb type automatic sprinkler designed to protect high-piled storage. The Model LD sprinkler can provide a higher level of protection than standard spray sprinklers, and — in some cases — they can provide an economic advantage by eliminating in-rack sprinklers.
