Part of the Wet Pipe Nitrogen Inerting Process

Designed to be installed in-line between the house/plant nitrogen supply and the sprinkler system riser in wet pipe sprinkler systems, the Nitrogen Inerting Manifold includes a pressure regulator to control the nitrogen flow during the deployment of the Wet Pipe Nitrogen Inerting (WPNI) process. The manifold is a self-contained wall-mounted unit that includes the following components: single-point nitrogen entry, single-point nitrogen discharge, and one pressure regulator. The Nitrogen Inerting Manifold is designed to be used in conjunction with a Tyco® NG-1 Nitrogen Generator and a Tyco® Nitrogen Inerting Port to complete the WPNI system.

Features

  • Designed for use in implementing the Wet Pipe Nitrogen Inerting (WPNI) process to help control corrosion
  • Includes a gas sampling port to verify nitrogen concentration at the inlet supply
  • Uses 1/4-inch quick disconnects on the high-pressure rubber hose to connect a nitrogen gas supply to a wet pipe fire sprinkler system through the TNIP Nitrogen Inerting Port
  • Designed to be installed in-line between the house/plant nitrogen supply and the wet pipe sprinkler system riser
  • Single pressure regulator to regulate nitrogen delivery pressure to the discharge connection
  • Wall-mount unit
